The House of Wolf is a multi-functional, multi-sensory pleasure
palace, dedicated to the creative pursuits of dining, drinking, art
and entertainment.
It can now add ‘time travel’ to its extensive repertoire.
On the night, the whole of this humble hostelry transforms into a
fantastical time machine open to the general public.
Admittance is not 10 sovereign, not 5 farthings but in fact diddly
squat! That’s £0.00 pounds & pence!!
Here is an index of the three floors:
1. Ground floor – The Music Hall where much of the action will take
place – i.e. mainly excitable dance manoeuvres and imbibing of
alcoholic beverages. Once the clock strikes the hour, the leap to the
next decade begins playing the greatest hits of that era as DJ’ed by
our top hat wearing time travelling chaps.
2. First floor - The Apothecary is the hub of House of Wolf’s
experimental cocktail creativity. Inside, bar manager Stephen Quainton and his team, prescribe a mind blowing array of weird and wonderful drinks. A bright spanking new addition to this floor will be ‘The Pause Parlour’ where one will experience a certain deja-vu of a particular time period. This will be taken for posterity with our new-fangled image capturing apparatus.
3. Second floor – The Attic - If one fancies stepping away from the
hustle and bustle of the brouhaha, one can book a late night VIP table (the House of Wolf is licensed until 4am). One will be provided with top floor wristbands which includes personal waitress drinks service.
