KAISEKI by Kitchen Theory is a 9-course experimental dinner event in collaboration with award-winning designer and calligrapher Aerosyn-Lex Mestrovic. Following on from the sell-out of the 2013 multi-sensory dining experiences; ‘ELEMENTS by Kitchen Theory’, Jozef Youssef, founder and Chef Patron of Kitchen Theory and his team have taken on the challenge of reinterpreting this highly esteemed dining experience by collaborating with artist Aerosyn-Lex, who has worked with the likes of Kanye West and Fashion house KENZO, to showcase touches of his art and film.The sell-out series has been extended due to popular demand with new dates added for April and May….

Jason Howard redefines the way we see Caribbean food
“Caribbean food is not given the love it deserves.” Chef Jason Howard, currently Junior Sous Chef at the luxury Connaught Hotel in Mayfair, is on a mission to change the way we think about Caribbean food and will be is hosting a 6 course modern Caribbean. The chef has infused classical French fine dining cooking methods with vibrant and exciting Caribbean ingredients to create a truly memorable dining experience. After a sell out event in February and an overwhelming number of positive reviews Jason has added 2 new dates on the 11th March and 8th April. …

Ramen meets the USA
Now these guys don’t need much of an introduction. United Ramen have been popping up around London since last year with a series of sell-out pop-ups. United Ramen have now introduced their first pop up at the House of Wolf with ‘Ramen meets the USA,’ a 5 course extravaganza which hits all the London trends: Delicious ramen to slurp up, BBQ, hot wings and chicken. R-amen to that!
HÔP- Vietnamese Street Feast
Entrepreneur, foodie and travel lover Paul Hopper is bringing a taste of Vietnam to London. After having spent months in Vietnam in 2012, Paul immediately fell in love with the country’s street-food cuisine and culture. Since his return Paul has been working hard on HÔP, a Vietnamese inspired street-food restaurant concept which he hopes to open up in The City by early next year catering to time-pressed office workers. Kitchen Theory are supporting Paul run a series of ‘hop-ups’ at the House of Wolf as a sneak peak of HÔP’s vibrant menu to come…..
