So Jordans new tasting menu has now been out for just over a week and has been fantastically well received so far, the wonderful guys from The Cocktail Lovers had this to say about it;
“Can’t fault the tasting menu in the attic at House of Wolf and the decor is very cool too”
The featured image on this particular blog post by the way is of the first course of the menu, the Sugar Roast Chicory, Asparagus with Truffle Custard. And the location is of simply our beautiful attic dining room.
Jordan Webb had a few words to say about his new menu and where he gets his cooking style from too;
“A lot of my inspiration and influence is anglo-franco, it’s quiet cross channel really. It’s what I was been taught as a kid and of course I wanted to make something nice, that is seasonal, for my second menu for House of Wolf.
With the world being a small place, it’s easy for us to get hold of ingredients but still try to work simply to bring out the very best in the core elements. This menu features some lighter dishes that are summery, we’re using some really nice oils and smoked paprika in the creme fresh to help keep a good balance on what otherwise might be heavy dish”
